灌汤包的用料很讲究!

面团部分:普通面粉(也叫中筋面粉) 200克温水(室温水,韧性好,不易破皮) 130克

首先我们先来制作面团部分:准备好普通面粉同水。

将面粉同水混合揉成光滑的面团,盖好保鲜膜进行醒发1小时以上。
